    The Job Interview

A job interview is usually pretty structured, especially when applying for a role within larger companies or multinationals. In managerial positions  the interview follows a clear line of questioning related to targets, team management, Kpi’s and profitability.  The interview should be seen as a ‘good positive thing; offering the opportunity to ask questions on topics such as career prospects, type of work environments and wages. Make your interview stand out. Be attentive. Ask questions and look excited and awake at all times. When given the opportunity, ask plenty of questions about the company and role. Remember, any job interview is not a one-sided interview.

"As an English Teacher searching for work in Germany, I was sending in an American style Resume that was unsuited and deleted(Presumably). Within 1 week of sending out my new Europass Pro Resume I was getting offers of work in both Germany and Austria"

    English Teacher
"The CV and Cover Letter is just what I wanted. Editing it down from 7 pages to 2 was a task in itself, but its quite unbelievable that you fitted in more relevant info then I had myself. I will be passing on your details to my workmates". Thanks again.

Even though I am an HR Manager, I was struggling to write the type of CV and Cover Letter that I like to read myself. Clear. To-the-Point and relevant to the position. I was pleasantly surprised that you managed to do exactly that. Thanks again"
